For this simple card trick, two packs of playing cards are needed, one among which has to be set up based on just about any technique that you could be familiar with. You need to then pick a person form the audience and easily ask them to shuffle one pack, while you falsely shuffle the other pack, which has been recently set up.
Swap the pack with the partner from the audience and instruct them to perform the same steps that you do. Your following step is to cut the pack repeatedly (and be sure that the individual from the audience does the same), get the top end card and look at it, then push it back into the middle and square the pack. Now, your partner should stick to the same process. Right after this, pick up the deck of cards and put it against your partner's forehead – he'll take up his pack and place it against yours, and while he does so, you may capture a glimpse of his bottom part card – and this is going to be the way you know the card he had seen.
Next, the packs should be positioned on the desk, cut and returned to their first holders. Then ask your partner to remove their card and position it face down on the table. While you do the same, you actually seek out the card you'd noticed in his pack and pick it out and place it on the table. When the cards are flipped over, the viewers will be astonished to see that they are alike! Your partners plus the audience will have been lead to believe you've unconsciously communicated with your partner and have therefore both picked the very same cards out of the two different packs. It is a very easy trick, however your audience won't actually know that you have seen the partner's card once they place the pack against your forehead.
